One-to-one flight instruction

Flight Instruction can be delivered in the real airplane or in an FAA approved Simulator.
Lessons are only delivered to one learner at a time

The cost of a program is determined by its duration at established hourly rates.


*The rates are one-on-one.
**The rates are calculated as pay-ahead rates, which means maintaining an account balance of $ 300 or more.

  • Mock practical tests (oral / flight portion)
  • Biennial Flight Reviews and Proficiency Checks (ground / flight portion)
  • Mock check-rides
  • Practical Test Retraining

Part 61 complete training programs

During our flight lessons the learner will have the opportunity to practice and improve at their own rate of progress until proficiency to FAA standards are demonstrated in all required piloting exercises. When the time is right, a Practical Test recommendation will be issued, and the learner will be ready to apply for an airman certificate.

Private Pilot

Total flight time 46.1 hrs
Solo                          – 12.2 hrs
Solo XC                      – 5.5 hrs
Dual IFR training    – 3.9 hrs
Dual night training – 3.6 hrs

Instrument Rating

~ 37.5 flight hrs

Commercial Pilot

~ 10 flight hrs

Minimum booking per session:
One 2 hr block

Minimum weekly commitment:
Book at least 2 blocks.
Devote at least 2 hours of self-study for each hour of flight time.
